These terms are the agreement between you and RAYFINITE LLC, which makes jobbyzone. They're written to be read.
The beta
jobbyzone is invite-only and free while it's in beta. We're still shaping it, so features may change. If we ever plan to charge, we'll tell you well before, and you'll be free to leave with your data.
What jobbyzone does
It finds openings on companies' career pages, checks them, helps you tailor your resume and cover letter from what you've written, and helps you track your applications. It never sends an application for you. Everything you send, you send yourself.
What we can't promise
We check postings and companies carefully, but we can't guarantee that every listing is still open, that every company fact is current, or that any application leads to an interview or a job. Our safety checks on replies are there to help you spot problems; please still use your own judgement before sharing personal details or money with anyone.
Your part
- Keep your sign-in email secure, since sign-in codes go there.
- Only put your own information in your profile, and keep it truthful.
- Use jobbyzone for your own job search, one account per person.
- Don't try to break, overload or copy the service, or get into other people's accounts.
Your information
It's yours. Our Privacy page explains what we keep and why. You can download it or delete your account at any time.
Leaving, and ending access
You can delete your account whenever you like. We may pause or end an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why when we can.
Liability
jobbyzone is provided as it is, during a free beta. As far as the law allows, RAYFINITE LLC isn't responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions made by employers, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you've paid us, which during the beta is nothing.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and email you before the change takes effect.
